Vinnytsia Missile Attack “An Open Act of Terror”


The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has referred to the missile attack on the city of Vinnytsia as a “open act of terrorism,” on Thursday, which left at least 20 people dead and more than 100 others injured.
