The Congolese Community are having a procession and rally on Saturday 24th December 2011. Participants are expected to assemble from 12 noon in Surrey Street to walk to Richmond Terrace along the following route: The Strand then to Whitehall
The procession is scheduled to move off at 1:30pm and a rally will commence at around 2:30pm at Richmond Terrace. It is scheduled to conclude at 6pm
