Jack Straw the Justice Secretary unveiled the new structure for the Ministry of Justice that will come into effect from the 1st April.

The Ministry, originally formed in 2007, brought together The Department for Constitutional Affairs and the National Offender Management Service (then a part of the Home Office) and the Office for Criminal Justice Reform.
